The BBC-V Transformer Turns Ratio Testing Meter is an advanced testing instrument designed to measure the turns ratio, phase displacement, polarity, and vector group of three-phase transformers. It is particularly suitable for testing Z-winding transformers, rectifier transformers, railway Scott transformers, inverse Scott balanced transformers, and other specialized electrical transformer systems. The instrument uses a single-phase power supply and an internal power conversion module to generate two-phase or three-phase output signals, which are applied to the high-voltage side of the transformer. It simultaneously samples the high-voltage and low-voltage signals to accurately calculate the transformer ratio, vector group, measurement error, and phase difference. The BBC-V tester also supports USB connectivity for transferring, storing, and printing test results through a computer, making data management convenient and efficient.
