Yes, Zillionsbuyer is an Indian company and works as per Indian laws.

3. What is the idea behind Zillionsbuyer?

To bridge the gap between the manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer or for that instance the end-user i.e., the customer.

4. Are the buyer and seller directly related ?

No, every act conducted on the website is channelized through Zillinosbuyer and as such seller and buyer are not directly related.

5. Will Zillionsbuyer sell products ?

6. How to place an order ?

There are two broad ways through which you can place an order. You can either buy through ‘GUEST CHECKOUT’ which means you are not a registered buyer or through ‘LOGIN’ which means you’re a registered purchaser. In either ways, the procedure is simple and easy to buy on Zillinosbuyer.

  • Select a product of your choice and enter the product size and quantity needed. Click on the 'BUY NOW' button and enter the asked information and checkout by clicking 'CONTINUE TO PAYMENT'.
  • The other way is, you can select a product, size and quantity and to 'CART' by clicking the 'cart button' at the top right side of the website. You will be asked to fill out the asked details after which you can continue to the payment option.

7. What is 'SEND FOR APPROVAL' I see after ordering an item ?

Generally, if you are not a registered buyer you need to fill the asked data before going out for payment option. Once you receive approval to your phone or email then alone you can make the payment for the ordered item.

8. Can I order bulk quantity ?

Yes, you can order bulk quantity with us by clicking the 'BULK QUANTITY' feature to get offers, discounts and quotes.

9. How to track the order in Zillionsbuyer ?

Click on the “TRACK ORDER’’ button on the footer or above the page, login into your account and enter AWB number to track your order.

10. How to track approvals ?

You can log in to your account to track approvals, more than often you will receive an email or message to your registered email and phone number.

11. Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, but it should be done before the dispatch. Once you get dispatch confirmation cancellation isn’t allowed.

12. Is Zillionsbuyer secure for order and providing details ?

Yes, the payment options and gateways are always secured with SSL payment systems. And all your personal details entered are also secure as the website is SSL secured.

13. How to check my orders ?

You can check your orders by signing into your account through clicking 'ORDER HISTORY' at the footer.

This is the option through which you can add a product for future purchase.

15. What if the item to be purchased is out of stock ?

You can still place an order and the item will be shipped as soon as it is available. You will be informed regarding this.

16. Will Zillionsbuyer deliver the product ?

Yes, our delivering partner Shiprocket Delivery will deliver the products.

17. How much time will it take for the delivery ?

It depends on the quantity and location. All in all, it will not take more than a week and you can personally track your order in the 'TRACK ORDER' section present at the website’s footer.

18. Is there a fast delivery option ?

Yes, there is a facility for fast delivery through ZILLIONSHUB facility. However, before opting this facility we request you to contact us to know the terms & conditions of this facility.

19. Why my delivery is delayed ?

At times for reasons unknown delivery may get delayed and in such cases, you will be intimated through phone or email.

20. Will I be informed before delivery ?

Yes, you will be called by the delivery agent before the delivery is attempted.

21. What are the warranty/guarantee options provide ?

All the items sold on the website come with standard warranty and guarantee options from the manufacturer.

22. What are the payment options ?

Our payment system accepts all credit/debit cards including CASH ON DELIVERY, NEFT, RTGS.

23. My amount got debited but the order wasn’t successful ?

In such cases, kindly write to us or talk to us by giving the transaction details.

24. Will Zillionsbuyer deliver orders outside India ?

Yes, we deliver outside of India too.

25. What is the RETURN/EXCHANGE policy ?

Zillionsbuyer has a detailed return policy which caters to the need for returns. The eligibility criteria for return and exchange are as follows:

  • Received a used, defective, damaged, altered or a different product.
  • Product is opened or has no seal
  • Received empty package

When exchange or return isn’t eligible?

  • Product is delivered on time and without damage
  • You don't require the product anymore and wish to return

Guidelines for Return/Exchange:

  • Issues with the product: Raise the request within 7-day by contacting our support/customer care through phone or email.
  • Damaged and wrong products: For a wrong product and defect product the customer should raise the request within 2 days of delivery i.e., within 48 hours.
  • For empty delivery: We always encourage you to open the delivered packages by capturing video or taking a photograph as this would help you assist faster. The issue should be raised within 48 hours with supportive proofs.
  • While returning or asking for exchange you must provide us with all the bills and return the item or shipment without any usage and returning it as it was sent. You should also send back any accessories and freebies given along with the product.

How much time will it take to address?

We always work to settle the concern as quickly as possible and may take up to a week to settle the issue.

Refund Policy:

Refund policy is based and will be initiated only when return and exchange policies are met.

  • All the payments made by cash will be refunded to the provided account number through RTGS, NEFT or direct payment to the provided account number.
  • For all the payments made by cards or any other electronic system, the payments will be made through online channels and the amount will be refunded to the same account through which payment was made.

Why a refund request may be declined?

A refund request made may be cancelled or not entertained for varied reasons such as:

  • The parcel is damaged or altered by the customer
  • Items returned aren’t identical
  • Items missing’
  • Damaged return package
  • Lack of bills & labels
  • Sending used product
  • Few combo items may not be eligible for refund

What to do even though refund is accepted and the amount is not received?

Most of the time the payment will reflect in your account within 7-10 days and in case it doesn’t reflect we request you to contact the support team.

26. Can anyone register as a seller ?

Yes, anyone can register as a seller irrespective of you being Indian or foreigner. The only criteria is, you should be selling the products listed on our website

27. Do I need to register as a supplier if I have to sell on the website ?

We request and recommend registering to enjoy more business benefits however if you wish you can as well sell with us as an unregistered seller.

28. How to register as a supplier ?

The registration of a supplier is simple. Just click on the 'APPLY NOW' below the 'BE A SELLER' in the footer. Once you receive approval from us you are an authorized seller and you can start doing business through our website.

29. How many days will it take to get approved as a seller ?

Usually, it takes 8 days and all through the process you will be kept informed through proper channel.

30. Does Zillionsbuyer have enterprise procurement software or solution ?

Yes, we do have and you can ask for a demo if you need.

31. How to procure a bill of materials (BOM) ?

Just mail us the BOM and we will send you a quotation or you can contact our customer support team for the same.

33. Is there purchase managing software in Zillionsbuyer ?

Yes, we do have and you can request a demo.

34. As a seller am I directly responsible for the buyer ?

No, you aren’t responsible and all the process is through us.

35. Do I have to ship the product ?

No, we assist you regarding this and we take care of the total shipment process.

36. When will the payments for sold items be processed ?

Not more than 7-10 days.

37. Are there any penalties ?

No, but we request you to be careful while processing any order.

Yes, any breach to the code of conduct will lead to the suspension of your account as a seller with us.
