Large Capacity Sample Splitters are used to reduce large quantities of samples to a manageable size.
Made of heavy gauge welded steel, the clamshell hopper can hold up to 28 dm3 (1 cubic foot). The single splitter chute openings come in different sizes, reaching a maximum size of 610 mm (24 in.) composed of an even number of individual chute bar, each 12.5 mm (1/2 in.) long.
Sample Splitter very sturdily constructed with cadmium coated plated for rust protection. It is designed for the reduction of test sample which are too large in volume. It handles any material from size up to 108 mm. Each chute bar is 1/2" wide. The opening start from 1/2", 1", 1 1/2", 2", 3" & 4" are possible.
