Robust Six-Phase Relay Testing and Beyond
The CMC 356 stands as the comprehensive solution for testing protection relays across all generations and types. Equipped with a formidable array of six current sources (in three-phase mode: reaching up to 64 A / 860 VA per channel) and boasting an exceptional dynamic range, this unit is adept at assessing high-burden electromechanical relays demanding substantial power resources.
The CMC 356 takes the lead in scenarios necessitating maximum flexibility, amplitude, and potency. Engineers tasked with commissioning will especially find value in its capability to execute wiring and plausibility checks on current transformers. This is accomplished by harnessing primary injection of high currents emanating from the test set.
Dynamic Six-Phase Relay Testing and Beyond
The CMC 356 stands as the all-encompassing solution for scrutinizing protection relays spanning various generations and categories. Bolstered by six potent current sources (in a three-phase configuration: reaching up to 64 A / 860 VA per channel) and characterized by an impressive dynamic range, this unit excels in evaluating even demanding electromechanical relays with substantial power requisites.
The CMC 356 takes precedence in scenarios necessitating ultimate adaptability, magnitude, and potency. Engineers tasked with commissioning will especially value its proficiency in conducting wiring and plausibility checks on current transformers. This capability is achieved through the utilization of primary injection involving high currents sourced from the test set.

ELT-1 (EnerLyzer and Transducer) Hardware Enhancement
This advanced hardware option transforms the existing 10 binary inputs into versatile analog AC and DC measuring inputs. When coupled with the EnerLyzer-SW license, this feature empowers the CMC 356 to function as a 10-channel recorder for current and voltage transients, along with measurements encompassing amplitude, phase, frequency, power parameters (S, P, Q), harmonics, and trend recording, among others. Moreover, this enhancement introduces DC measuring inputs (ranging from 0 to 10 V or 0 to 20 mA) to the CMC 356 test set. These DC inputs prove invaluable for testing measurement transducers.
LLO-2 Hardware Enhancement
The LLO-2 hardware option introduces an additional 6 low-level outputs to the CMC 356, effectively expanding the total number of controllable generators from 16 to 22. These low-level outputs serve multiple purposes. They can be employed for direct relay testing involving low-level inputs or utilized to govern external amplifiers such as the CMS 356.
The innovation lies in these low-level outputs' ability to simulate signals originating from non-conventional current transformers (CTs) and voltage transformers (VTs) equipped with low-level interfaces. Remarkably, this feature extends beyond steady-state simulation; it enables the emulation of transient signals, including those from Rogowski-coil sources.

If a buyer arranges an export delivery, the buyer must provide proof that the export is acceptable to the competenttax and customs authorities. All other shipments of Titled Products must pass through the Purchaser at an earlier date, when (i) the port from which the exported Product is released for export or (ii) the item leaves the territorial land, sea or airspace of the sending country.
